Ok I'll try to do some research for them Insha'allah

I'm doing my research right now actually
Soooooo Hijrah is Waajib upon every able bodied Muslim living in the Kaafir lands. So it's Waajib for every Muslim to leave the Kaafir lands and go to a Muslim land.
Mu3aawiyah said , I heard Rasulullah peace be upon him saying
" Hijrah will never be stopped until the time when Tawbah is no longer accepted, and Tawbah will never be stopped until the Sun rises from it's place of setting"
So as we know that Ever since the Fath of Makkah, Hijrah is no longer to be made from there, Rasululllah said :
There Shall be no Hijrah after the Conquest of Makkah, except [leaving] for Jihaad or for good intentions. And if you are called forth for war then Go forth.
(Bukhaari)
Also that when a person makes Hijrah, his intention should be solely for the purpose of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta3aala, as we find in the Hadeeth of Umar ibn al-Khattab
From Umar ibn al-Khattab he said , I heard the Messenger of Allah saying
"Verily Actions are by Intentions, And verily every person shall have that which he intended, so However made Hijrah for the Sake of Allah and his Messenger, then his Hijrah shall be for that. And whoever made Hijrah for some worldly gain, or for Marriage to a woman, then His Hijrah shall be for whatever he intended it to be for "
Gosh I can't find the hadeeth about the woman's hijrah without mahram now sorry :X and I"m in a rush too!!
