Ok i dont' know if this question has been posted before but its the only 1 that came to my head fast here it goes.

QUESTION: We that in the quran every surah has a name and every name of that surah is mention inside the surah itself except for three, so Which are those three surah's?

(hope that makes sense)

Where is Mumtahinah mentioned?

Its not that i don't belive you but i just can't seem to find it, :-[

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا جَاءكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتُ مُهَاجِرَاتٍ فَامْتَحِنُوهُنَّ

Ikhlaas is correct
Aal- Imran is incorrect إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ ٱصۡطَفَىٰٓ ءَادَمَ وَنُوحً۬ا وَءَالَ إِبۡرَٲهِيمَ وَءَالَ عِمۡرَٲنَ عَلَى ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِينَ

وَإِذْ قَالَ مُوسَى لِقَوْمِهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ يَأْمُرُكُمْ أَنْ تَذْبَحُواْ بَقَرَةً قَالُواْ أَتَتَّخِذُنَا هُزُواً قَالَ أَعُوذُ بِاللّهِ أَنْ أَكُونَ مِنَ الْجَاهِلِينَ

Does surah Qasas count?


I feel it's that^ or from the first 15 surahs.

I thought Surah Qasas too, but,

فَجَاءتْهُ إِحْدَاهُمَا تَمْشِي عَلَى اسْتِحْيَاء قَالَتْ إِنَّ أَبِي يَدْعُوكَ لِيَجْزِيَكَ أَجْرَ مَا سَقَيْتَ لَنَا فَلَمَّا جَاءهُ وَقَصَّ عَلَيْهِ الْقَصَصَ قَالَ لَا تَخَفْ نَجَوْتَ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ

Out of the first 15 we can rule out,

Surah Baqarah
Surah Aal e Imran
Surah Nisa
Surah Maaidah
Surah Aa'raf
Surah Anfal
Surah Tawbah
Surah Hud
Surah Yusuf

Surah Ibraheem
Surah Hijr

That leaves Surah Ra'ad right?

and has for surah Muhammed وَءَامَنُواْ بِمَا نُزِّلَ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ۬
