well excuse me for being chicken deprived for 6 bloody weeks, and my mother (may Allah swt bless her) never makes fried chicken, she makes rotisserie or oven baked.. so on the special occasion I have it fried I am going to talk about it until the cows come home! ;D

speaking of chicken, if any of you goes umrah/hajj go to a restaurant called Al Bayq. they sell delicious and cheap fried chicken. its a franchise like kfc.

speaking of kfc avoid it if you go cause most if not all is processed.

anyway we had pizza today and the usual samosas and spring rolls. also some fried fish, tasty :hmm:

i made the fruit salad today.:statisfie with 1 apple, 1 pear, 1 mango, 1 tangerine and 1 can of tinned fruit. it goes a surprisingly long way. and dont forget the double cream :hiding:
