I am really enjoying this thread. 
Living in a community with Pakistani Muslims, seeing the produce in their local shops and smelling the wonderful cooking smells coming from their homes, I have always assumed that Muslims eat largely 'spicy Indian-type food' (Indian-type as in what one would order in an Indian rstaurant)
Now I see that you all break your fasts with all kinds of foods, and many not much different from what I would eat.
I find myself stopping what I am doing round about 8pm, and wondering what people may be eating!
