Revive a Sunnah : make wudoo before you go to sleep

Imagine an angel staying very close to you all night long and not only that, imagine that angel begging Allah ‘azza wajal to forgive you! This is what happens when you make wudoo before you go to sleep, what a blessing. You can even sleep in a productive way.

The Prophet salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said: Purify these bodies and Allah will purify you. Whenever a slave sleeps in a state of purification, an angel sleeps within his hair and he does not turn over during the night except that he [the angel] says: ‘O Allah, forgive Your slave, for he went to sleep purified. [Tabarani] Action: Next time when you feel tired or sleepy, push yourself by thinking about this hadith!

Get TREMENDOUS Rewards in these Special Days ::✦::

Want to get EIGHT gates of PARADISE opened for yourself & enter through any one that you wish???

YES?

:D

Then read the hadeeth below to know how!

'Uqba b. 'Amir reported that we were on watch guarding camels & when my turn to guard came I took the camels back at night. I found the the Prophet (sallAllahu 'alyhi wasallam) addressing the people. I heard these words from that speech •► "If any Muslim performs ablution well, then stands and prays two rak'ahs setting about them with full khush'oo in his heart and face, Paradise would be guaranteed to him."

I [Uqba] said: "What a fine thing is this!" And a narrator who was before me said: "The first part (of the hadeeth) was even better than this. When I cast a glance, I saw that it was 'Umar who said: "I see that you have just come and observed, The Prophet (sallAllahu 'alyhi wasallam) said •► "Whoever of you performs Wudu' carefully and then affirms: `Ash-hadu an la ilaha illallahu Wahdahu la sharika Lahu, wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan `abduhu wa Rasuluhu [I testify that there so no true god except Allah Alone, Who has no partners and that Muhammad (sallAllahu 'alyhi wasallam) is His slave and Messenger],' the eight gates of Jannah are opened for him. He may enter through whichever of these gates he desires (to enter).'' "

looks like yes , itis tahyatul wudu. Found a related hadith in Ummah forum

TAHIYATUL WUDHU (Nafl prayer after doing Wudu)

Abu Hurairah Radiyallahu 'anhu narrates that once Nabi Sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam asked Bilal (Radiyallahu 'anhu) at Fajr Salat:

O Bilal!

Tell me that deed of yours
which is most hopeful (for reward)
after embracing Islam,
for I heard your footsteps in front of me in Paradise
(in my dream).

Bilal (Radiyallahu 'anhu) replied:

I have not done anything extroadinary except that
whenever I perform Wudu during the day or night,
I Salat (Tahiyatul-Wudu) after that,
as much as was written or granted for me.

Revive a Sunnah : Be kind to others .

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

“The Most Merciful has mercy on those who are merciful. Be merciful to those who are on earth so that the One Who is in heaven will have mercy on you.”

While many of us are cold, complaining of the weather, our past predecessors rejoiced at the coming of this season….Why?

Because Al Hasan Al Basri said:“The best season to a believer is the winter, its nights are long for those who wish to pray, and its days are short for those who wish to fast”

It is reported from Abu Hurayrah – Allah be pleased with him – that he said:

Shall I not point you to comfortable proceeds? People responded, “And what is that o Abu Hurayrah?” He replied, “Fasting in winter.”

It is reported from ‘Umar – Allah be pleased with him – that he said:

Winter is booty for the devout worshippers.

It is reported from ‘Ubayd bin ‘Umayr – Allah have mercy on him – that he said:

It used to be said when winter came: O people of the Qur`an, the night has become long so you can pray (more) and the day has become short for you to fast.

Abu Nu’aym, Hilyah Al-Awliyaa`.

It is reported from the famous worshipper Rabi’ah – Allah have mercy on her – that she said:

I have never heard the adhan except that I remember the caller who will announce the Day of Resurrection, and I never see the falling snow except that I imagine the flying pages of the records of peoples deeds (on that day), and I never see swarms of locusts except that I think about the Great Gathering on the Last Day.

It is narrated on the authority of Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said:

► "If any Muslim plants any plant and a human being or an animal eats of it, he will be rewarded as if he had given that much in charity." [Sahih Al Bukhari, Vol. 8, Book of Good Manners, Hadith No. 6012]

REVIVE A #SUNNAH ⇨ "DO NOT BE CRUEL TO ANIMAL

Ibn Umar (radiyAllaahu 'anhu) reported: The Messenger of Allah (sallAllaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said, “A woman was punished because of a cat she had imprisoned until it died. She entered Hellfire because of it. She did not give it food or water while it was imprisoned, neither did she set it free to eat from the vermin of the earth.”

[Sahih Bukhari, Book 56, Number 689]

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said,

"Do not curse my Sahabah, because if any of you spent gold equal to (Mount) Uhud (in Allah's Cause), it would not be equal to a Mud (a dry measure of half bushel, 543 grams) or even a half Mud of one of them."

REVIVE A #SUNNAH ⇨ "DO NOT CALL 'SLAVE' TO THE SERVANT, 'LORD' TO THE LEADER" ✦

No servant should be called “Slave” and no leader should be called “Lord”

Abu Huraira (radiyAllaahu 'anhu) reported: The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said:

“None of you should say, “My slave” for all of you are the slaves of Allah. Rather, you should say, “My boy.” And the servant should not say, “My Lord” but rather he should say, “My leader.””

[Sahih Muslim, Book 27, Number 5592]

#REVIVE A #SUNNAH ⇨ "DO NOT CUT OFF FAMILY TIES" ✦

Whoever cuts off family will not enter Paradise.

Jubair ibn Mut’im (radiyAllaahu 'anhu) reported on the authority of his father that the Messenger of Allah (sallAllaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said: “The one who cuts off will not enter Paradise.”

Ibn Umar said that Sufyan explained: “One who cuts off family ties will not enter Paradise.”

[Sahih Muslim, Book 32, Number 6199]

Allah says in the Quran (interpretation with meaning):

“The believers are nothing else than brothers (in Islamic religion). So make reconciliation between your brothers.” (49:10)

“… and fear Allah through Whom you demand your mutual (rights), and (do not cut the relations of ) the wombs (kinship)…” (4:1)

The best Sawm after Ramadan is the Month of Allah: Muharram.

Imaam ibn Al Qayyim—may Allah have mercy upon him—said: He went to his Shaykh—Shaykh of Islam ibn Taymiyyah—because he wanted to speak to him about something, or to take knowledge from him. So he found him siting remembering Allah. He was too afraid to speak to him until he finished from the remembrance of Allah.

Then he turned to him and said: 'How long have you been here? Since such and such a time and I am waiting.'

Thus the Shaykh (Ibn Taymiyyah) may Allah have mercy upon him said: ‘This (Dhikr) is my breakfast, if I do not take my breakfast, I would not have strength to work that day’.

Thus his portion of remembrance was his breakfast which gave him strength to deal with work during his day; may Allah have mercy upon him. And this is how the Muslim is.

Fard of Ablution

Winter is coming and sadly many Muslims will quit salat as
they will feel lazy to do the ablution . Some have problems
with cold .

My request is , do the Fard of ablution as mentioned in
holy Quran . It only takes few seconds to do so . Pl don't
try to find any excuse to avoid wadu.

Share it with those who don't know about fard of ablution
and miss salat.

Remember , it's not good to avoid sunnat all the time . So
, don't make it a habit .

O you who believe! When you stand (intend) to offer the Salah (the
prayer), then wash your faces and your hands (forearms) up to the
elbows, rub (by passing wet hands over) your heads, and (wash) your
feet up to the ankles Chapter 5: verse 6

It consists of four simple steps:

1.Washing the face once.

2.Washing both the arms including the elbows once.

3.Performing masah of one-fourth of the head.

4.Washing both the feet once up to and including the ankle

ask Allah for forgiveness

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

“The Shaytaan said to the Lord of Glory:

‘By Your Glory O Lord, I will keep trying to misguide Your slaves so long as their souls are in their bodies.’ The Lord said,

‘By My Glory and Majesty, I will continue to forgive them so long as they ask My forgiveness.’”

Shaikh Assim Alhakeem wrote: A man complained to his friend while he was looking at palaces and wealth.

He said: 'Where were we when this wealth was distributed?'

So his friend took him to the hospital and said: 'Where were we when these sicknesses were distributed?'

Be Grateful, Say Alhamdulillah!
