repeating salah??

Can you repeat your salah if you are not satisfied with reading it the first time
also is it also referred to women when they say you shouldn have your clothes/trousers below your ankle???

if not can you fold themup or inwards??

As a layman, I am not qualified to make a fatwa about repeating salah. But from my knowledge, there is no reference you can repeat salah if your reason is just because you are not satisfied.
