Who's your favourite Nasheed artist(s)?

And as 'Umar (radiyaAllaahu 'anhu) used to say:

"Read the Qur'aan and you will be recognized by it. Act according to it and you will be from its Companions."​

I ask Allaah to make us from the TRUE Companions of the Qur'aan...Aameen!

dun mix both together...one is Haqq, one is the practice of the Sufi innovators...when u listen to the quran, ur gaining reward..when ur listening to nasheed, ur wasting ur time...and if u think ur actually getting a reward for singing or listening to nasheeds, thats a clear cut bid'ah and u know where it'll lead u too...ur listening to men who ********their voice to make $$$...prolly if u observe all the people who sings nasheeds, these are not the people from ahlus sunnah...and, if u can, name me one ahlus sunnah who sings nasheeds...we should not listen to ppl who dun follow the sunnah...

I understand there is a certain degree of bid'aah in nasheed.. espicially Sami Yusuf Aa'shiqual Rasool...
 
One thing I have realised the Urdu nasheed, what we call naat... has clear cut of Bid'aah... emphasising so much of the Prophet as being very special.

Prophet (pbuh) was special in the sense that He was the last Prophet, Revelation of the Quran was given to him, He (pbuh) was a perfect example for the Ummah with regards to how to live your life as a Muslim and how to obey and Follow the command of Allah.

But one artist, well known Pakistani Owais Raza Qadri... has takn a step too far and provide evidence of bid'aah in his Nasheed... I guess bid'aah leads to shirk.
 
^^ I would definitely agree that most of the naats have so much bid'ah :S It's crazy at the amount and owais raza qadri is definitely one such example...:X

And the second is 'A Promise' by Benammi, without background beats.
