To also answer Chrismas question..human eyes vision is limited to a primitive 320 x 240 pixilation where he have to scroll up and down by forcing the eye to look up and down to see everything. Based on the location of the target and where I am sitting...the further the target is from me...the more of that person I can see without needing to look up and down if my eyes get fixated in a direction on the glass door looking outside and they come through my vision. Unfortunately the eyes move and the damage is done. Unlike bird eyes which is glued in one position. Human eyes move every second....sometimes without control. Which shows that again, it is not only on men's shoulder where the responsibility goes to avoid fitna and zina it is in both end of the spectrum. You come to a jewish bank, live in a non-muslim world, live in a matriarchal society, a society where you cannot hear athan but church bill rings, where women don't respect men here. They act like men themselves. Where tight pants and walking nude is normal. In Montreal as I am headed to cross the street, again (and sign of disrespect from women toward men), group of four women walking naked with their underwear. Yes, I looked away, but the damage is done. Are you people understanding now why I am the way I am in my posts about women? Because, majority of the womenfolk where I live are <beep> and terrorist and have the laws to back them up. Because you live in a society where it is endless cycle of male bashing. Bombarded by sexual images from the opposite sex that you are exhausted from them. Trust me...the damage that is done to me...I am anything but what manofIslam said right now, attracted to the opposite sex. I am bored of them completely and I look at the ones who walk provocative and nude as walking germ fest of flesh that will further spread diseases world wide. I will never come close to them, touch them or have any interaction with them. Their perfume to me is to hide the smell that comes out of them that makes me gag.

I want women that is mentioned in Qura'an and if she is too good for me and she is beyond my reach then my wife is in paradise by his mercy only. I put all my trust on him.

Many women seeking attention outside their homes by wearing provocative clothes because they never got the attention from homes by their fathers. It is really that simple.

But it is also an urge for many women to beautify themselves. You cannot control the woman but you can control yourself no matter how strong your urges are. Just because you're biologically different doesn't mean you're animalistic. Why are your eyes wandering in the first place? Why can you not look towards the floor or the walls? Why are they looking beyond the woman's head towards the other parts of her body? If every man knew how to lower his gaze, I promise you women would not dress the way they do. They only do it for attention. When you respect YOURSELF it teaches others to respect themselves as well. A woman striving for attention would reconsider her ways if she learned that men will not be moved by the way she dresses. Society is not harmed by the way a woman is dressed, it's harmed by the way men react to it. And even when a woman is fully covered, men are not free from desiring her. So control yourself. Don't be hypocritical. There's so much one can do to change the society around him simply through leading by example.

You've made good points here, Sister; Jazak Allah khair.

This is quite descriptive. You saw their hair and then your eyes moved downwards towards their private parts so why did you not avert your eyes/lower your gaze to begin with?

Well said Charisma. We men have obligation to follow Islamic rule by ourselves than telling women should do this and should do that ...

[024:030] Say to the believing men that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty: that will make for greater purity for them: And God is well acquainted with all that they do.
