read quran, listen to lectures, listen to recitation, go to the masjid but stay away from bad company!
bro trust me, a bit of recitation can do miraculous things.
Wen i felt myself falling it was the beautiful recitation of abu bakr shatry-s surah saffah which helped me. You will find something, let Allaah swt speak 2 u !!

Bro while we gotta strive to be good muslims at all time, the most important thing right now is that you don't give up offering salah and reciting al Quran.
Salah is the track which keeps us on the straight path, especially when our imaan hits a low. And believe me bro, you're not alone in feeling like this. At some point most of us feel the same. Don't beat yourself up about it and take it easy. Obstacles come in all walks of life. As long as you stay firm in salah, Allah's help and guidence will be with you and He will make the rest easy for you - inshaAllah.
