Some Paagal is much smarter than a un-Paagal.

Here is a real-life story to prove my point. Once a former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Zulfiqar Bhutto was paying a visit to Lahore Paagal Khana. He saw a Paagal standing on a chair and imitating as speaker. Mr. Bhutto went close to him and extended hand while introducing himself: I am Bhutto, the Wazir-e-Azam of Pakistan. And who are you sir?
The Paagal looked in Bhuttos's eyes and said: Sure, I said the same thing when I was brought over here.
