salaat and quran when experience spotting

Asalaamualaikum!!

I have this serious concern about spotting which iam experiencing unusally and its faint not seen continuously throught the day i have regular menses but this time its very unnatural i have strong feeling its not hayd so can i perform salaat recite quran and also fast in this situation. please help me in best way you can.
