Severe waswas scared I’ve committed shirk

Assalamualaikum brothers and sisters. I’ve been having a severe waswas problem for a long time where it’s even gotten to the extreme where even when I look down or blink at something I’m scared I’m worshipping it (audhubillah) and every time I don’t know if it w s my intention to worship or not I really need some help because I’m in constant doubt whether I’m even a Muslim or not and I keep repeating shahada a lot

I am also unaware whether it was my intention to commit shirk or if it was waswas I’m in constant doubt whether I act upon these thoughts whenever I even look down at something

For me, clear thoughts are the most important. We always have to find a way to have clear intentions.
