Dear Muslim Brother, after watching this tape (Jaheem ur-Roos 2), Shaykh ibn Jibreen made the following comment:
"All praise be to Allaah (SWT) and peace and blessings be upon Allaah's Messenger (SAW), his family and his companions.
Based on what we've heard and have seen, that was shown about the Mujahideen in Chechnya, and what happened among them and their continuous victories against the hostile forces and the tricks of the russian enemies who are trying to humiliate the Chechen Mujahideen; we see that there is no problem in distributing or selling these tapes.
We see from its results that it encourages the Muslims to work together on what is good and to support the Mujahideen as much as possible and to try destroy the enemies with every means possible, be it either by financial or personal support (to the Mujahideen) - until Allaah (SWT) humiliates the enemies. This is considered to be support of the cause of Allaah (SWT) and the Mujahideen as Allaah (SWT) says:
"If you help in (the cause of Allaah), He will help you, and make your foothold firm."
Supporting them can be by anything that helps them to continue their operations which are inflicting the enemy great losses; which will lead to the victory of Islaam and the Muslims and the humiliation of the disbelievers and the polytheists so that Allaah (SWT) lets their plots come back to themselves and foils their conspiracies against the Muslims in this place (Chechnya) and everywhere in the world.
There is no doubt that once the enemies succeeded in this country (Chechnya), their greed would move on to the neighbouring states, and to destory as much Muslims as possible and to subjugate the Muslims and to finish off Islaam in these countries that are Muslims countries.
If the Muslims everywhere helped each other in righteousness and piety and supported their Brothers and much as they can, then Allaah (SWT) will protect us from the evil of the enemies and he who holds fast to the truth will be granted victory by Allaah (SWT); and he who seeks support from Allaah (SWT), Allaah (SWT) will support him and if we seek aid from Allaah (SWT) and used all our force - this will lead to victory to the Muslims and it will humiliate the polytheists.
We ask Allaah (SWT) by his beautiful names to make Islaam and the Muslims victorious and to humiliate polytheism and the polytheists and to destroy the enemies of Islaam and to let their plots come back to themseleves.
Pray: "O Allaah, let those who strive for evil and plot against Islaam and the Muslims become occupied with themselves and let their plots work against them. O Allaah we seek refuge by You from their evil and keep away from us their hatred. O Allaah, finish off the oppresive tyrants of the russians and christians, and the rest of the polytheists. O Allaah, retaliate against them - You are the most able to do that - and tear them to pieces."
O Muslims, we recommend warmly each other to pray against these disbelievers and to pray for the Muslims and Mujahideen! In thise place (Chechnya) and in all other Muslims places (Palestine, Kashmir, Afghaanistan, Iraaq etc.) where they encounter their enemies and struggle to the utmost extent.
May Allaah (SWT) answer our prayers and make the Believers powerful and make His Religion and Word dominant. He is capable of everything and Allaah (SWT) knows best; and peace be upon the Prophet Muhammad (SAW)."
