Should I marry as soon as I've been working with only a meager helpdesk job? Or should I have more wealth to provide better for a wife?

I get my associate's degree in Computer science at the end of this year, and then I want to get an A+Comp Tia certification, and look for a help desk job. I live in the USA. Should I marry while on a meager salary, as I live in a high income area, or should I wait a bit? I live in Atlanta area.
