None of those things can be measured without impact on the individual.. and thus I ask, which individuals were surveyed? you can't for instance speak of human development without human subjects? and indeed certain folks do better, have a look at how well the white 'natives' of south africa are doing compared to the indigenous population .. and so my question remains, who is surveyed to determine quality? The Quality of life of oppressors indeed tends to be better than those oppressed.. is there a point to this?
It is not up to you what I should or should not watch. I do watch South Park (although not often). I do watch Have I Got News For You, Mock The Week, Monty Python and other things that might get an +18 sticker stamped on them.
