Please remember that we shouldn't be arguing over nationalistic points anyway. We're one ummah, and if we argue over dunya - then how are we to gain the aakhirah?


Narrated in Abu Da'wud that the Messenger of Allah (sal Allaahu alayhi waSalam) said,

"He is not one us who calls for `Asabiyyah, (nationalism/tribalism) or who
fights for `Asabiyyah or who dies for `Asabiyyah."

And in another Hadith, the Messenger of Allah (sa Allaahu alayhi waSalam) referring to
nationalism, racism, and patriotism said: "Leave it, it is rotten." [Muslim and Bukhari]​

Oh no it was a joke. I don't even consider myself British, so if I was going to be nationalistic (I hate nationalism), it wouldn't be over Britain.

I've noticed that when we look at everything Allah has made we think its soo amazing and beautiful and we just splendour at it. Such as the ocean, the stars, the trees, the landscape etc, but then wen we look at the buildings and civilisation it seems sooo imperfect. Isnt this a clear enuff sign of Allahs existence...

They swear their strongest oaths by Allah, that if a (special) sign came to them, by it they would believe. Say: "Certainly (all) signs are in the power of Allah: but what will make you (Muslims) realise that (even) if (special) signs came, they will not believe."?

Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) as saying that: Allah the Exalted and Glorious, said: I have prepared for My pious servants which no eye has ever seen, and no ear has ever heard, and no human heart has ever perceived but it is testified by the Book of Allah. He then recited:" No soul knows what comfort has been concealed from them, as a reward for what they did". (Sahih Muslim)
