What is one to do?

One does not even know what is going on to their life, but it feels like there has been something at play.

Everything one touches, turns to dust. The prayer and expectations has been lowered every time something didnt work out, to the point now, that the one is left with nothing.

Be it career,
Be it relationships,
Be it marital,
Be it material
Be it health

Nothing has worked out, everything just keeps spiraling down for decades.
So what is one to do?
Is it a sign of sihr? If so, what can one do to get out of it?
Ayatul kursi is being recited every day, and so the Quls for protect before going to bed.
Auzubikalimatilla hittammati min sharrima khalaqa is also being recited in every new area.
At job the video of ayatul kursi and 4 quls is being played every morning in the 4 corners of the cubicle.
Nothing is working, the world is passing one by, and the relationships with kin and parents and sibling and his family getting worse. No matter how much one is trying to make it better, by spending money on them, by giving them more physical space.
One's every help is being received with hostility.
To the point one is asking for death.
And one is feeling as if its working as in health is detoriating, the digesting system could be in trouble.
But one does not want to die. Yet, living like this would be worse than death according to one.
One wants to live, for one's niece to guide her to protect her, but is not being allowed to.
One wants to live for one's parents to be support for them.
But they ignore and dismiss.
Because one does not want to get married again.
Please help, and decipher what is going on, Is this Sihr, or is this just normal life?

Sister,
I am very sorry that you have been carrying this much pain for so long. What you describe sounds overwhelming, and I am especially concerned that you have been asking for death while also saying that you want to live. You deserve immediate support; you should not have to carry this alone.

Please tell someone trustworthy today—your parents, a relative, a friend, a doctor, or a compassionate imam—and say plainly: “I am having thoughts about death and I need someone to stay with me and help me.” If you feel you might harm yourself, or you cannot stay safe, please go to the nearest emergency department or contact your local emergency service now. Do not remain alone, and move away from anything you could use to hurt yourself.

I cannot determine from this post whether sihr is involved, and years of setbacks do not by themselves prove that it is. Islam does not require us to choose between duʿa and practical treatment.

Please arrange an appointment with a doctor, especially for the digestive and other health symptoms, and ask for a mental-health assessment as well.

Severe, prolonged stress and depression can affect the body, sleep, digestion, thoughts, and relationships, and treatment is not a lack of tawakkul.

Continue with ordinary worship and authentic adhkar if they bring you comfort, but please do not keep increasing protective rituals out of fear or let anyone exploit you by demanding money, secrecy, strange objects, or actions that conflict with Islam.

A trustworthy scholar can offer religious support, while a qualified doctor and mental-health professional can address the medical and emotional suffering.

For tonight, please focus only on staying safe: be with another person, eat or drink something if you can, avoid alcohol or drugs, and contact urgent help if the thoughts become stronger.

You do not have to solve your career, marriage, family, and health all at once. The next step is simply to stay alive and let other people help you.

As-Salaamu Alaykum
