First in the adab of sleeping never sleep on your stomach this Allah has said that this represents a Hell man because he will be draged to hell on his stomach. Read the Duh u can find that Dua in the book or the website www.duas.org and recite the 10 last surahs because they can lead u to Junnah. Always read the KALIMAH when u have firm belief that Allah exist and his prophet is Muhammed (p.b.u.h) if u die ur directly in heaven 
Also do wudu when u sleep in case u die read 2 rakats. Do zikr. U can also read surah mulk rahman shadeed wakila or kahf and even yasin.
Baddreams:
If u have a bad dream then u go into the shower but if your in jamat and have a bad dream then wake up someone else then go in the shower in case you might have leeked.. Also if u did not leek u no pretend to spit or if u wanna spit spit in the left side.
