Still loads of snow here.
Hubby just took me out in the car to show me how to drive in the snow (and how to get yourself out when you are stuck! :D)

I was pretty terrified at first, but I feel much more confident now for having practiced it!
I am so grateful for my husband. :)

Tch. I thought it was a good thing until this morning when I realised that the teachers have been sending us all work to do over the school website and e-mail.

The snowmen are so cute mashallah..

Building an igloo

Today we built an igloo in the park and had great fun doing it.
We managed to get help from two young guys and an eldery retired teacher who still remembered building igloos with his student in the long winter of 1962/63. His advice was great, and he went home to bring us photographs from 1962.

It was wonderful meeting new people from different ages, getting to know them and making friends. :)
