It is exactly like a flag....only it isn't:rollseyes......it is lil different......n is not as common as a flag.......like u could mostly find it in farms n small towns....or ranchs:D

sis I didn't post the riddle....but I think "jalalow" is some kinda jingling sound....like when yah throw somekinda chain or pennies on the ground.:D am not sure sis..just guessin...

n try answering the riddle I asked....
