Haha, in my opinion, it was good it said all that. For some people mistake what letting go is really about or they don't realize all those things are included.

I have made mistakes in my life, I have let people take advantage of me, I have accepted way less than what I deserve but I learned from my bad choices and even though, there are somethings I will NEVER get back and people who will NEVER be sorry, I'll know better next time and i WONT settle for anything less than I deserve.

This is my favorite, my gramp used to say this to me all the time! :)
