Sunnah - to get the love of Allah

When you go up (like going in lift), say 'Allah-u-Akbar'
When you go down, say 'Subhan-Allah'

Follow the way of Sunnah and get the love of Allah. Allah love those who follow the way of Muhammad (Sallalahu Alaih-e-Wasallam).
