Swine Halal or Haram?

Salam Alikom,
You may wonder how can I talk like this and the answer is very clear, but what i am talking about is what should an American who works in a restaurant that introduces swine flesh to the other religions citizens do while it is not haram or halal for them to eat this swine?? Please answer me as soon as possible

The Haraam becomes halaal only when there is nothing else available. If you are very hungry and in middle of desert and pig is only animal and there are no other plants or animals and then the pig becomes halaal .
