Yah, the square ones are usually reserved for the the keema or aalu (mince n potato) or 'whatever else you want to fill it with' ones but c'mon, we all want life to be easier right? =P

And on a side-note, I'm proud of you lil bro, insha'Allah one day you'll master the art of making perfect, fluffy roti's =P

Aalu paratha or keema paratha..I can eat that day in and day out and not get bored of it.

and i give up on making it circular.....all my chapatis will be shaped in the shape of the continent africa

I do not know what exactly this is , but not everything we cook comes out perfect. I have had more than my shares of those in the kitchen.
