Here are some fish from Australia's Great Barrier Reef

^ Lionfish [aka Turkey fish, Dragon fish and Scorpion fish].. it is a very venomous fish

^ Blue Ring Octopus - apparently this octopus carries enough poision to kill 26 adults within minutes!

^ Giant clam

^Nudibranch which is a type of sea snail, the bright colours are to warn predators away

Anyway...my most favourite veiw in the world (not that I've witnessed it but yeah...)

A sunset or sunrise...A dolphin leaping out of the water, framed against the horizon with water dripping and glimmering off it's fins.....*sigh*

Btw has anyone heard that hadith? in which Omer (ra) says that Allah created 1000 species- 600 in the sea and 400 on land..?

I havnt heard it, but is it also true that for whatever had been created on land, Allah has made an equivalent for it in the sea?

Indianapolis Zoo man and they're da most gorgeous things ever I tell ya!

I also went to Shedd Aquarium in Chicago and OMG!!!! I saw a baby Beluga whale man!!! It was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute!!!!!!!!

I saw da Mommy and Daddy teaching da lil baby how to swin and OMG I'll never forget that day.

Isn't it da cutest?!
