He don't have dog face :( but its cute. I think the fish needs lot of space to be happy, so he can't live in a small space.

What you say is right. He definitely needs lots of space for him to survive and be comfortable, a minimum of 100gallons required!
 
so far the dolphins and flying fish are in lead,

the picture snakelegs chose is just WEIRD lol
