My brother, Brotherubaid,

I understand if you have different opinion on Syed Qutb because I know your background. But please, read brother Qatada's post. This thread is about "The lives of Hasan al Banna & Syed Qutb", not about Syed Qutb thought.

We know Syed Qutb had error, but it didn't means he tried to misguide Ummah. That's because there is no human that free from mistake. And many Ulama had correcting his error, that's enough. We don't need to blow up this error and we don't need to use his error as a reason to attack his personality.

My brother, today Muslims have many problems, and Muslims will never solve these problem if Muslims still in clash with their brother in Islam just because some different. There are more than one billion Muslim, and of course, it is normal if a Muslim has view that different than their brother in Islam. But Islam is only one, there is no different Islam.

My brother, we can disagree with an Aleem or some Ulama, but as Muslims we are not allowed to mock or insult Aleem Ulama. We must always respect to them.

No one is Mocking or insulting any alim , let alone if u consider syed qutub to be an alim coz he clearly is not an alim. so i really hope u are not reffering to syed qutub when u say ALIM

Will An Alim Mock a prophet as he mocked Moosa Alihi As Sallam .. is that not Kufr!!?

Will An Alim Do what he did to uthman , muaiwiyah n other sahaba n tabieen

Will an Alim CALL ALL MUSLIMS TO BE KAFIR , EXCEPT THOSE ON HIS IDEAS N HIS GROUP?

bRO GO READ MY POST , and my post is not even fully detaled about the calamities of this person syed qutub upon the Ummah, but even if u did read my post u will know that this person may Allah forgive him was not a scholar nor did he have any knowledge of Isalm nor did he bring about any Good to the Ummah in general


My brother it is no secret that Syed qutub is the flag bearer of takfeer in our times

Well its results are seen untill this day n this very moment

A bom goes off in a masjid , who is responsible? The one who proved that the individulas in this masjid are kafir so its alright to kill them , WHY? coz they FOLLWO A KAFIR LEADER ! So their Blood is permissible their blood is halal

A bomb goes off in a market packed with MUSLIM women n childern n men , WHO IS TO BLAME?? the person who classified them as KAFIR n Allwoed THEIR BLOOD TO BE SPILLED

A bomb goes off in Pakistan inside a police station?? WHy, well coz the police are Kafirs , They are working for a Kafir governmnet , so its alright to KIll them , but they dont know that inside that police station is an old man , who has seven daughters , who only came there to report his Only cow Stolen , the cow he used as means to feed his family n make a living , He was sitting teher crying telling his story to the police , thinking now that the cow is stolen his life is over, Not knowing that His life really will be ended in moments coz a person will come in there and blow himself up and kill him n all other muslim police officers n other people in the police station

WHO is to blame my dear brother?? Sheikg ibn baaz , albani , or Rabee bin hadi al Madkhali ?? Or Syed Qutub?? Who did Mass takfeer of the Whole Ummah?? Wsnt it syed qutub??

Its not about a persons mistakes , Its about the affetcs it causes for years n years , Its about the destruction it brings to the societies , the bloodshed , the FASAD , the killing the murder , Brother please open ur eyes , see what this person n HIS IDEAS N THINKING HAS done to the UmmAH ,

How could anyone kill muslims , and even non muslims , travelling in planes , or trains , or visiting or touring the muslim lands , How cpould we kill them??How could we kill the people whp are wprking in a non muslim embassy in our countries , dont muslims work there as well, even if not even if everyone in there was a kafir , could we just KILL THEM?? who allowed it ?? Allah n his messenger sala lahu alihi wa salam did not Allow it brother , Wallahi , It was these individuals that Allowed it , They sew the seeds , n untill this day the whole ummah is facing its fruits.


Brother i can go on n on n on , but what i have said in my first post , read it , see it , Should the life of such a person celebrated ?? should he be Praised?? or should he n his thoughts be warned againmst n boycotted??

My brothers , notthing in my posts was without evidence , n there in much more evidence n talks by the scholars against him that i can brong , but what i have posted is sufficent for any one with half a brain to know that this person was a calamity on tis ummah

I heard many that are wrong about Sayyid Qutb that he used to believe in wahda tul wajood (creation becoming part of the Creator). He was not a scholar.

There are many things like he was khawarij and used to promote ideas of rebelling against the islamic rulers etc.

Many of the evils that are purprotated in this world today are mainly based upon the understanding of sayyid qubt all these suicide bombings and other evils acts. killing innocent muslims and causing all sorts of fithna on this earth and justifying it with the Quran.

The prophet was a man of peace who called for peace, i dont remember any hadith that mentions him blowing up muslims

well, we should not mock or insult anyone not just ulama...I agree with u on this, but ppl like Sayyid Qutb, we must refute them in a professional manner...we can't allow this sorta influence in this globe..the ahlu sunnah will always continue to refute this sorta ppl with valid reasoning based on authentic texts so that ppl will learn...lets look at two scenarios:

If someone comes to a muslim person's house and say, "i am john, i have come to preach Christianity." The first thing the muslim person will do is to show him the door...

but sadly, Shaytan will not come 180 degrees facing away from the truth like that...he is very tricky and thats Qadr...so, in the below-mentioned, this is one of the ways Shaytan will lead ppl to astray and destroy ppl:

a man will knock a muslim person's house, and when the door is opened, he will say to the resident, "i am Abdullah, and i would like to seek ur help on something. As you can see, our country's muslim ruler is misbehaving and not setting the right example to us..look here, see these pictures..he drinks Khamr, smokes, haves sex with call-girls etc etc...is this what we need? should we keep quiet about this? we must do a silent protest...i am not asking u anything heavy, but i just want 10 minutes of ur time, just stand with us, in silent protest..thats all.." so the muslim resident thinks, "hmm..now abdullah seems to make sense...maybe i should go join him...i will be doing something for islam and gain reward from Allah.."


the only shield to all these is Knowledge. What knowledge? pure knowledge...following the Sunnah, and staying far away from bid'ah and shirk...and enjoining the Ahlus sunnah wa Jama'ah...
