yes i heard somethign similar, i think the hadith say that if you learn and apply their meaning, something like that

alhumdulillah Allah has given me the blessing of memorizing all the names of Allah....may Allah gve us all the ability to memorize the names and meanings and keep them in our memory forever
 
can some one post the benefits of learning Allah swts names by heart, i heard u can go to heaven just by knowing the names is this tru, does any one have a source for this??

I hadn't really thought much about that. I haven't read anything about it.

But now thinking about it. I believe a lot would have to do with the intent a person would have in learning them. If a person learned the names because it was with the intent to know as much as possible about Allah(swt). Because the person loved with all their thoughts and was directing all thoughts to Allah(swt) I would belive that person is on the road to Jannah.

On the other hand if there was a very evil person, who viewed the learning of the names simply as a "ticket" to Jannah, I don't think it would do the person any good.

masha allah you must be proud not every one knows the names of Allah by heart sis and finished the quran with english translation some of us dont even know half of it
i tried lerning the names of allah and only know very feww not much realy i could never get them in my heard i always forget them. i learn some and then they fly out of my head the ones i know now took me along long time to learn them and now only half way through the quran and memorasing it well its very very hard but i am trying i and im not gona stop until i finish the whole quran its memo and the names of allah insha allah
