Bismillaah
Amr Bin Al As رضي الله عنه relates:
'' The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم prohibited speaking to Women without their Husbands permission.''
Takhreej:
{ Imam At Tabaraani in his Mu'jam and graded as Saheeh by Shaykh Al Albaani رحمه الله in his Saheeh Al Jaami al Sagheer #6813 }
In this Hadeeth the Sahaabi used the expression '' Nahi '' which denotes the severity of the prohibition at hand. A Man should not speak to a woman without her Husbands permission whether explicit or implicit.The only exception is in case of dire need, even then his talking with her should be limited, formal and to the point.''
*** And Allaah عزوجل knows best ***
