The testimony of Kevin Padian in Kitzmiller v. Dover

It's well worth a read, as is a lot of the testimony on both sides. The cross-examinations are probably the most enlightening though, particularly Behe's. He is forced to admit firstly that he can only classify Intelligent Design as a scientific theory if you redefine what a scientific theory is, and then Rothschild (plaintiff's attorney) pulls his master-stroke but getting him to admit that the same changed definition would include astrology as well! :D Behe puts up a creditable rearguard action after that, but the battle for ID as science is already lost, as of course is the case.
