Those whom Allaah will shade with His shade

Asalamalaikum,

Waiyyaki/Waiyyaka brothers and sisters.

AlHoda what it means for the second is that:

Indeed, it is a great blessing from Allaah for a youth to be guided towards worship and be befriended by the righteous, since it is in youth that a person is most vulnerable to the temptations of life and liable to drift away from the Islamic Path. This becomes apparent when we look at society around us and we see that most of the worldly distractions, such as music, games, clubs, fashion etc. are all specifically targeted at the young.

:sl: women can go to mosque but the women actually get more of a reward for praying in the home i think we are blessed really because alot of brothers do not go to the mosque just because of the fact its just twenty minutes away. Allah is so merciful to the woman subhanAllah :peace::peace::peace:

none of them are easy tasks of fulfilling

oh allah make me from those who receive your shade on the day of judgement

Although men are mentioned in this hadeeth, women are also included in what is described here. Although what is meant by a “just leader” is the position of imaam (khaleefah), women may also be included in this, if they have children and treat them justly. The idea of being attached to the mosque does not apply to women, because a woman’s prayer in her home is better than her prayer in the mosque. Apart from that, women have a share in all of these things; if a man may be called by a woman, then it can be imagined that a woman could be called by a handsome king, for example, and she refuses because she fears Allaah, even though she may have motives to respond.

"two men who love one another for the sake of Allah and meet and part on that basis"

Can someone please clarify this?
Is it "tow men.." or two people?
What does it mean by "for the sake of Allah and meet and part on that basis"
I am confused here; does this mean that if two people love one another and have an on going relationship before marriage, its ok? I don't understand.

Interestingly Imam Syuti has written a booklet 'tamheed alfarsh fil khasaail almoojiba lithil alarsh' compiling all the ahadith regarding those who will be given shade under the arsh.
The booklet is very small in size and can be found in arabic but I’m not aware of any translation.

he says :

Indeed the famous hadeeth regarding the seven whom Allah will shade in the shade of his throne (Shaykh Abu Shaama has mentioned them in two couplets) has between debated amongst the experts since the old days, i.e. is there an eighth?
And so Shaykh Ibn Hajar collected seven more to that which are narrated in authentic ahadith and made them in the form of two couplets. Then continued his search after that and found seven more in a multitude of ahadith and compiled them into four couplets.
I came across other characteristics adding to that. I have carefully gathered all of them in this booklet...
...
maybe someone can translate it.
