No i meant before the prophet (saw) married her. She had one daughter and one son...

Hint:- They both had the same name.

Zainab bint jahsh bin Riyab
was the messengers paternal cosin. was married to zaid bin haritha, who was considered son of the prophet Muhammad (saw), after she was divorced Allah sent the verses in surah ahzab

"So when Zaid had acomplished his desire from her, we gave her to you in marriage"

the surah goes on to discuss adoption in detail.

Yeah.. i remember there was this Ayah sent .. regarding people who used to call Zaid Bin Muhammad .. n then a verse was revealed sayin to its nearest the Nearest Meaning that Muhammad saw is no ones Father amongst the Men but Allah's Messenger and the Seal of the Prophethood..
" Maa kaana muhammadin abaa ahadim min rijaalikum wa laakin rasul Allahi wa Khaataman Nabiyyeen "

Also. theres an Ayah which tells us that .. the Marriage of ZAid bin Harith and Zainab Bint Jahash was already taken p place in Jannah from Before SubhanAllah.. n it was like a WAlimah in this World ..
