Surkhi? Interesting, never heard of this word before or maybe rarely used, sounds Punjabi to me. My guess

So iqbal e Jurm is... jurm karne ki khushi? :p

I remember this really well, about 12 years ago my teacher told me a qissa of Dr Muhammad Allama Iqbal.

He was going for a meeting with someone but he was late. Upon arriving there his host said, "Iqbal, you're late." He replied, "Iqbal hamesha daer sey ata hai" meaning, khushi/good fortune always arrives late.

I'm pretty sure there is another meaning to the word or my teacher was talking rubbish!
