Is that the Hindi way of saying parosi??

I'm not sure what the standard transliteration for Urdu is (it's probably the same), but generally for hindi 'd' is used for the ڑ sound. Sometimes unless you're familiar with the word being written in the Latin script, it can be difficult deciphering when ڑ is intended and when د is. It comes with practice.
