Using paper to read duas during prayers

is it allowed to read duas from a paper or a book, especially for those duas you have trouble memorizing?

Okay , but is it also allowed during prayers? While praying that is. I have trouble memorizing dua Qunut.

Yes you may also use it during prayers until you are able to memorize whatever it is you are using it for
