This Du'a is not taken from the Qur'an. It is taken either from Hadith or from the teachings of companions of the Prophet .

اللهم أنت ربي لا إله إلا أنت، عليك توكلت، وأنت رب العرش العظيم، ما شاء الله كان وما لم يشأ لم يكن، لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله العلي العظيم، أعلم أن الله على كل شيء قدير، وأن الله قد أحاط بكل شيء علماً، اللهم إني أعوذ بك من شر نفسي ومن شر كل دابة أنت آخذٌ بناصيتها، إن ربي على صراط مستقيم

we make the any kind of text format engraved in granite stone and one of our client came up this dua and he want to engrave it in stone and fix it in their place it seems

Yes, both are the same. He might prefer to have it with complete vowel signs as in the pictures.

اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، عَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ، وَأَنْتَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ، مَا شَاءَ اللهُ كَانَ وَمَا لَمْ يَشَأْ لَمْ يَكُنْ، لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِ، أَعْلَمُ أَنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ، وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَحَاطَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عِلْمًا، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِي، وَمِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ دَابَّةٍ أَنْتَ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِهَا، إِنَّ رَبِّي عَلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ

Translation: Oh Allah, You are my Lord. There is nothing worthy of worship except You. I place all of my trust and reliance in You and You are the Lord of the Noble Throne. Whatever Allah wishes takes place, and whatever He does not desire, does not occur, and there is no power and no strength except in Allah, The Exalted, The Mighty. I know that Allah is Powerful over all things and that Allah has knowledge of all things. Oh Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my nafs (self) and from the evil of every crawling creature. You are master over them. Verily, You are Lord of the Straight Path.
