i always play basketball when im ticked off bout something.....thats why its my fave sport. gta play it all da tym.
and music helps too. i listen to music wit my brothers amaaazing car radio (he got subs in da trunk!!) and play basketball....and while i do that i think bout stuf.
and play gta4...while i play that i DONT think bout stuff.
