Weird feeling

I just wanted this issue to be addressed.

There are moments where I have a weird feeling in the heart region. I'm not sure if it is anxiety, but it is basically extreme discomfort.

Nothing makes it seems to go away, until I read Surah Yaseen.

What is this feeling exactly? Any ideas?
