Hey how do you know my names maryam!?! I guess you worked that out from the 15 year old maryam on thsi forum. :)

I was thinking of doing law at one point because i was particularly intrested in family rights and i had studied sociology and did really well in whilst enjoying it :D.

Are you studying anything at uni or college?

ps. i have learnt my lesson of using orange writting. I went for indigo this time :D. You can comment on whether indigo is an appropriate colour or not l :confused: hehe

Indigo's great. Hey, don't take those 'orange' remarks of mine to heart - if everyone took half of my strangely sarcastic comments seriously, the world would be even more mucked up than it already is :)

what a levels did u do 4 law then? do u enjoy ur course?
 
I'm doing the LLB right now and plan to eventually do the LPC insha'allah.

The course is quite enjoyable, in a ridiculously challenging kinda way :p
 
thats really igud :D sounds like you really enjoy it..... In that sense i guess being on forums and discussing and putting ur view across is all gud practice....

Ive applied for law next year and got places alhamdullilah. Im quite nervous about the workload though, plus im not doing law for a level so i dont know what to expect. :(
 
Ive got a question about isoc's in britain, are they really as active as the first post says? like do they hold study circles and lectures etc? and are they mainly full of brothers? i dont want to be a lonely sis! :uuh:
