What did the prophet look like in complexion?

Assalamu alaykum,
First of all, we just cannot compare the beloved Prophet :saws: to *anyone* in terms of his appearance, past or present - he is utterly incomparable to anyone. There are hadiths which provide a description of his appearance, and those who met him would say they had never seen anyone more beautiful than he was, his appearance reflected the inherent purity and beauty of his character and faith subhanAllah. So it would be a mistake to try and seek for anyone who looked anything like him - because you cannot compare anyone to the most Beloved of Allah swt's creation.
Here are some hadiths though which do give a small insight about our beloved Prophet :saws:, they are lovely to read:
Rabee'ah ibn Abi 'Abd al-Rahmaan said: "I heard Anas ibn Maalik (may Allaah be pleased with him) describing the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). He said: 'He was of average height, not too tall and not too short, with a pinkish colour, not very white and not dark, and his hair was neither very curly nor very straight. The Revelation came to him when he was forty years old, and he stayed in Makkah for ten years after the Revelation came, then in Madeenah for ten years. When he died, there were no more than twenty white hairs on his head and in his beard." (al-Bukhaari, 3283).
Al-Baraa' ibn 'Aazib said: "The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was broad shouldered and had thick hair coming down to his shoulders and earlobes. He was wearing red garments. I have never seen anything more beautiful than him." (Reported by Muslim, Kitaab al-Fadaa'il, Baab Sifat Sha'r al-Nabi (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), no. 2338).
'Ali said: "He was neither tall nor short, and had large hands and feet. He had a large head and was big-boned, and the thin line of hair (starting from his chest and extending to the navel) was long. When he walked, he would lean forward, as if he was walking downhill. I have never seen anyone like him, before or since." (Reported by al-Tirmidhi, 3570, who said this is a saheeh hasan hadeeth).
Jaabir ibn Samurah said: "The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was dalee' al-fam, ashkal al-'ayn and manhoos al-'aqib." Shu'bah said: "I asked Maalik, 'What is dalee' al-fam?' He said: 'Wide-mouthed.' I asked, 'What is ashkal al-'ayn?' He said, 'Big-eyed.' I asked, 'What is manhoos al-'aqib?' He said, 'His heels were not fleshy.'" (Saheeh Muslim, Kitaab al-Fadaa'il, 2339).

when we have Quran hadith and books on seerah then what the need is even to post such websites......!

No. Because the complexion of the beloved Prophet :saws:, like any other aspect of him, *cannot* be compared to *anyone*

actually he will be like someone. Or rather someone will come bearing his name and resemble. you haven't guess it yet, talking about the mahdi, his descendant.

Point taken, however what I do know is that there is no photographical evidence of anyone known to have resembled the beloved Prophet :saws: so I don't see the reason for trying to compare him to anyone at this point in time.

Why does it matter? Complextion means nothing in islam. All the Prophets of Allah (peace be upon them) were the most beautiful of creation yet Allah swt & our Prophet saw focus was only on their excellent characters, message & stories for whole of mankind to learn from. There's not much focus on exact features of Prophet Yusuf as in the Quran but of course he was exceptionally handsome. We don't need to know what colours the Prophets pbut were because Allah only focuses on whats in peoples hearts: their belief, piety and goodness.
Its typical desi thing to be obsessed with skin tones and skin bleaching...those products should all be burnt and banned in my humble opinion. All those resentless bollywood actors/actresses who promote them should be ashamed of themselves in my opinion...but its a free world and people can take advantage of low self esteem of millions people from their own nation just for overlypriced adverts. I suppose they can't say no to the money & belittling dark skinned people is priceless.

you can't blame the desi. The same goes on among other eastern and african races. If you want to blame, blame the colonial imperialist anglos who occupied our lands and imposed on us their ethnocentric self centered views, favoring the lighter skinned and shunning the darker skins among us. Yes, we are to blame as well but majority suffer form inferiority complex and lack the knowledge and will to break free from it.
i don't know and i don't care. Just because some website said so doesn't mean it must be so. If you are so bent on finding out then mix some white and pink paint and see what you get. The hadith noraina posted already describes him as " with a pinkish colour, not very white and not dark,"
just leave it at that. What that really means becomes all relative to who you are asking.

No. That boy has brown skin. White mixed with red does refer to description of "White Arab".

Prophet Muhammad was brown skin he is described in 90% hadiths as brown skin and also the white people we know today were seen as red skin by ancient arabs, and the Romans were yellow people
Anas narrated: “The Messenger of Allah was of average height, neither tall nor very short, he had a good build, brown in complexion (asmar al-lawn), his hair was neither curly nor straight, and when he walked he swayed slightly.”
