I may be wrong in places (its Arabic - any forum users with better Arabic [please step in and advise) here goes:

>sharabt ul ribena? - Drink of ribena (?)
>fursatun tayyiba - Not sure of fursatun but tayyib means good
>aasif? afwan? - both mean 'sorry' like 'pardon me'
>and what the heck is an alm7i? (?)
>eaini shkran? (?)

sorry best I could do...

[just curious]

It's a username/id I made up and used aaaages ago, for LI & other accounts. ; p Nothing to do with arabic, just some letters with a random number in the middle (not supposed to denote the arabic letter "7aa"). (smile)

I have not got a clue how the numbers and words go together. imsad

Maybe someone got some links on how to :-[

numbers represent letters it just a creative way that spread between the teens
like
2 - hamza
3 - ع
3' - غ
5 - خ
6- ط
6' - ظ
7 - ح
9 - ص
9' - ض

>sharabt ul ribena?

If you mean Sharabtu al-Ribena, that would mean 'I drank the Ribena'. The meaning of the sentance really depends on the haraka/vowel on the 't'. But since you said 'ul', I'm assuming the 't' carries a dhamma.
