What do you guys think of the recent trend of banning hijabs in Bangladesh?

Hijaab is Fardh for the Muslim sisters,

The secular scum are trying to prohibit what Allah tala made Obligatory,

And here we have even Muslims saying they are "not sure"

Assalamu Alaykum,

This is a sad trend I have been seeing a lot recently - even before it reaches the government level, it penetrates society. In South Asian cultures any girl who wishes to wear hijab is criticized, she will look old, never get married, it is 'backward'. From personal experience.

However, there is still hope. As brother Ardianto said with Indonesia, and also in Turkey the hijab was forbidden in most public institutions for a long time, due to many campaigns and protests, this ban was lifted and more women are wearing hijab than ever mashaAllah.

May Allah guide us all to what is good.
