It's a very bad sexual fitnah age they live in, pornography at fingertips and provocatively dressed girls everywhere, so that's why we should hope these guys change but not curse them or look down on them as you never know, one day they may become friend of Allah

It's good that they are trying to be good muslims at least in some aspects.
I don't really care about them doing zina with girls, rather I care about girls they make zina with. I feel sorry for their husbands, fathers and brothers and I wouldn't like my future wife to be fornicating somewhere there.

Indeed, Allah orders justice and good conduct and giving to relatives and forbids immorality and bad conduct and oppression. He admonishes you that perhaps you will be reminded. [An-Nahl: 90]

And do not approach unlawful sexual intercourse. Indeed, it is ever an immorality and is evil as a way. [Al-Isra: 32]

O you who have believed, do not follow the footsteps of Satan. And whoever follows the footsteps of Satan - indeed, he enjoins immorality and wrongdoing. And if not for the favor of Allah upon you and His mercy, not one of you would have been pure, ever, but Allah purifies whom He wills, and Allah is Hearing and Knowing. [An-Noor: 21]

Yes, these are all mentioned in numerous ahadiths about "End of Times". These people are the hypocrites of the day, if any. Apparently they pray and keep fasting in Ramadan but actually they do not, for praying (Salat) and fasting prevents from sins. If they still commit such major sins, simply they do not pray nor do they fast.
'INNAS SALATA TANHA ANIL FAHSHA WAL MUNKAR.' "indeed SALAT keeps you away from fahsha and munkar(bad deeds), so if they are still involved in those major sins, it means their prayers and fastings etc are invalid.
And as mentioned by @فصيح الياسين, darkness and light cannot get together.

I think they need to repent before death comes to them.

Ibn `Umar narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Indeed Allah accepts the repentance of a slave as long as (his soul does not reach his throat).” (Sunan Abi Dawud, Jami'at Tirmidhi)



and it reminds me of these hadiths and ayat from the Qur'an :

Narrated Abu Hurairah: that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The adulterer is not a believer while he is committing adultery, and the thief is not a believer while he is stealing, but there is a chance for repentance; (if he repents, Allah will accept the repentance)." (Jami'at Tirmidhi)

Abu Huraira reported that the Messenger of Allah observed: The fornicator who fornicates is not a believer so long as he commits it and no thief who steals is a believer as long as he commits theft, and no drunkard who drinks wine is a believer as long as he drinks it. (Sahih Muslim)

The hypocrite men and hypocrite women are of one another. They enjoin what is wrong and forbid what is right and close their hands. They have forgotten Allah , so He has forgotten them [accordingly]. Indeed, the hypocrites - it is they who are the defiantly disobedient. (Surah At-Tawbah)

[It was] so that Allah may punish the hypocrite men and hypocrite women, and the men and women who associate others with Him, and that Allah may accept repentance from the believing men and believing women. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful. (Surah Al-Ahzab)

On the [same] Day the hypocrite men and hypocrite women will say to those who believed, "Wait for us that we may acquire some of your light." It will be said, "Go back behind you and seek light." And a wall will be placed between them with a door, its interior containing mercy, but on the outside of it is torment. (Surah Al-Hadid)
