You may convince her politely. In case she doesn't start praying yet, then... you may stop talking to her or stop sleeping with her or stop taking her-cooked food, now cook the food yourself or buy from restaurant or send her to her parents home. Keep on doing dua for her. Keep patience. And scratch the idea of another marriage from your mind.
