What if you found out your wife hasn't been praying?

Well, if she considers it obligatory, and doesn't pray, then she is sinful. AFAIK.
 
Discuss with her. Maybe she has some problem she needs help from imam or doctor.
 
Whisper gently into her right ear: I found out you haven't been praying?
Listen gently to her response on your left ear.
Then gently take it on from there...

You may convince her politely. In case she doesn't start praying yet, then... you may stop talking to her or stop sleeping with her or stop taking her-cooked food, now cook the food yourself or buy from restaurant or send her to her parents home. Keep on doing dua for her. Keep patience. And scratch the idea of another marriage from your mind.
