What is question 3 like for the IGCSE English paper. QUICK RESPONSE PLEASE!

I need some help with question 3. They way I've been taught it is to pick out 15 points and write in the box however, when I am revising by using past papers they have a different format. Can anyone tell me is the new format with the 15 points or do they alternate between the two?

Can you get in touch with your teacher and ask him/her? They will have a more current understanding & knowledge of what is expected from you in the exam.
