What language is the hardest?

Arabic, this is due to the multiple ways one can express there feelings/instructions using it. THis is why at the time of the Prophet(SAW) the arabs where the best Poets around and still are (I think).

Everyone should also add the easiest language in also

Easiest language is: ENGLISH!

in my school they only teach english and bm (i think its the easiest language)

In my school they teach BM, English and Arabic. For sure BM is the easiest language....

Formal English is very difficult. But, very few people speak it. There are many specific forms of English for specific forms of writing. Legal English differs from Technical which differs from colloquial which is not like any of the many literary forms that don't look like formal English.
