Well the fast way to learn is to participate to the community which involves the language you want to learn. My friend has experienced it (go to other countries), but somehow he forgot the language fast...

I would ove to speak other languages. Im Italian and it was so hard to learn 2 speak it because all i new was english.
I think its alot more harder to learn once your use to jus speaking 1 language
