No, it doesn't. Cause the time you have spent is too short bringing more water to complete your wudu but if it was too long that the water dried from the other parts of your body which you have washed already; then you need to do wudu again from the beginning.
This answer is based on this Fatwa in Arabic (couldn't find it in English so, I have translated for ya the ruling in this)
