What to do if I can't pray at school? Should I recover them at home?

I have started few days ago to pray regulate, the problem is that I Was trying to convince my Christian mom to talk to my school principle to make a special place for me to pray alone, but she keeps telling me that this is impossible and you can only pray at home. And this has bothered me because if I go myself to principle, the principle wouldn't let me because I don't know how to speak. The only prayer for now, I miss only Midday prayer, that's it.

So, is that valid excuse for delaying prayer and wait until I get home? How can I recover the Midday prayer in proper way?
 
No that isn't valid excuse for delaying prayer,you must get the principal to arrange place for prayer.

But my mom told me that the principle for sure won't arrange for me a place, that's mean I have to move back to Kuwait in order to pray regulate. My dad won't listen and he is a Muslim, and he told me that I can pray anywhere and I can recover the lost prayers. What should I say to him?

Unfortunately, the isolated places are filthy and unclean, and all of them are used by teachers and the service ladies come and clean each time. Practically, I have no place for me to pray in school, the only place I know is my room.

Allah has blessed this Ummah with many great blessings, among is the fact they may pray in any place so long as that place is taahir (pure, clean) and not naajis (unclean) and is not a place where it is forbidden to pray. Please kindly speak to the school about the prayer commitments and ask if they can allow you to use a room for like 10-minutes.

It is ok if I wipe my shoes woth water with intention of doing ablution? What if someone asks me what I am doing? What should I replay? In my school, there are many bullies and mockers who likes to make fun of others, what shoukd I do? I'm scared of being mocked by others if they hear something or see something I do, of course I dont do for the pleasure of people, I do it so,that I can protect myself from others, and I need to be alone so that I can pray not in the presence of others.
 
Difficult times are part of Allah’s laws in this universe; they are part of the tests that people go through.

They are not necessarily something evil, however. A difficulty we go through, on the contrary, could be a learning experience, a reminder, purification from sins and mistakes, a test of patience and perseverance, or all of these together.

We can emerge from difficult times closer to Allah, stronger, united, more skilled, and more guided, but only if we know how to live through them and respond to them.

There is no one to learn from who better responded to difficult times other than our beloved Prophet, Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). Not only was he a great man with noble character, he was also guided by revelations from Allah Almighty.
 
While listening to Imam Al Awlaki, he mentioned in one of his lectures about praying during times of difficulty, even during times of war. I don't have a direct quote here and I don't remember if this was from a hadith or what but, he states that if you can't perform the prayer as subscribed, then pray with your mouth, if not that, pray with your fingers, if not that, pray with your eyes, if not that, pray with the thought of praying.

I'm sure I butchered it, but hopefully you get the message.
